Our farm Oberbaumgartnerhof in Falzes combines sustainable agriculture with the highest food quality. Cows, calves, chickens and rabbits live on around 21.5 hectares of fields, meadows and woodland in a species-appropriate environment. We only feed fresh hay, we don’t use silage and we opt for GMO-free products. Our milk is delivered to the Mila dairy where it is used to make top-quality dairy products. These principles ensure that we produce healthy foods, create protective habitats and offer a unique holiday experience on the farm in South Tyrol, where nature, animals and people live in harmony.
